Principles of Project Management
Prerequisite: 53 hours and undergraduate industrial management majors
must be admitted to program.
A study of technical management's planning, organizing, directing, controlling,
and coordinating functions used to achieve productivity enhancements in
a project environment. Includes case studies from a variety of industries.
Computer laboratory experiences will emphasize project control utilizing
commercial software.
