Project Management makes use of new approaches in restructuring management and adapting special management techniques with the purpose of obtaining better control and use of existing resources. During the past decade, management's knowledge of project management has matured to the point where almost every company is using project management in one form or another.

The 12-hour, graduate-level Project Management Certificate is a training-intensive experience for individuals with a bachelor's degree.
