Project Management Graduate Certificate

Admission information for Project Mgt. Certificate

Project Management is the key phrase used in industry today. Project Management makes use of new approaches in restructuring management and adapting special management techniques with the purpose of obtaining better control and use of existing resources. During the past decade, management's knowledge of project management has matured to the point where almost every company is using project management in one form or another.

The 12-hour, graduate-level Project Management Certificate is a training-intensive experience for individuals with a bachelor's degree.

Required Courses
IDM 601 Project Management
IDM 650 Project Management Implementation

Plus two of the Following (note that only one COM course may be used):
IDM 545 Project Control Systems
IDM 551 Cost Analysis for Industrial Management
COM 521 Communication, Mediation & Negotiation
