1. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) to allow access to the World Wide Web (Internet).

Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or greater (preferred), Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or greater, or Opera 9.6 or greater.

3. Hardware
(Note: These are minimum requirements. We recommend you exceed these requirements for a better experience. It is recommended that the computer you use for your online classes is for your private use. This will help isolate technical issues.)

512MB or more of RAM if using Windows XP or Vista
56Kbps modem (Broadband recommended)
32 MB video card
Hard Drive disk space. (This requirement will vary depending on which class you are enrolled in. The disk space is for downloading articles and installing required plug-in software.)
24x CD-ROM or DVD Drive (Some classes may provide supplemental materials via CD/DVD's)
Sound card and speakers
Printer - Students who wish to print online resources will need a printer with this capability.
